Yummy and healthy frozen yogurt

Here is a simple recipe that won't take long to prepare:

It requires a few ingredients, such as Greek or plain yogurt, frozen fruit or berries of your choice, honey, and some toppings (if desired). 

  1. To start the process, combine the ingredients in a blender until smooth. 
  2. Next, pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze it overnight. 
  3. By morning, you'll have a delicious base for your frozen yogurt. Once it's solidly frozen, simply scoop it out into individual dishes or bowls and add any toppings of your choice like chopped nuts or chocolate chips. 

Now all that is left to do is enjoy some delicious home-made frozen yogurt!
