All shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and any other territories under the control of the United States may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight of the package. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive.
We can use different shipping companies, including USPS, UPS, Amazon, FedEx, DHL and others. It depend on the exact order.
We have multiple locations across the USA where our jars are stored. Each order is processed individually, and the shipping location depends on jar availability and which location will ensure the fastest delivery to you.
In most cases, shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if your jar arrives damaged or defective and you choose to request a full refund, we will reimburse your shipping fees. We value and appreciate our customers.
