At Energify, we take pride in creating products that can withstand any adventure. But we all know that unexpected can happen. So if there’s an issue with your Energify jar, we provide the below warranty. 

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Energify, LLC (“Energify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all Energify products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have purchased the product from www.energifyinc.com;
  • You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from www.energifyinc.com;
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions (Use & Care Guide);

Please note that you may be required to send us a photo of your jar to validate the claim. 

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace it. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. 

Although our lifetime warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, including dents, scratches, powder coat chips, color fading, broken insulation as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, accident or improper use or maintenance, loss of the jar’s parts, deterioration of silicone rings or silicone loop, odor, it does cover manufacturing defects.

Warranty claims will only be approved by Energify if the product was purchased from us. This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your Energify product. 

The limited warranty provided by Energify only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any Energify products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: 

(i) improper use or misuse of the product (read our Use & Care Guide);

(ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications (read our Use & Care Guide); 

(iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.

Please note that your Energify jar will be replaced by an Energify jar of the same size and colour. If the size and colour are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of a similar size and colour, which will be of at least equivalent value to the Energify jar being replaced.

Jars that seem to have lost their insulating properties:

You can test the insulation of your flask at home with boiling water. Pour from a kettle or pot directly into the stationary flask, filling it all the way to the neck. Exercise caution pouring boiling water into the flask to avoid burns. Do not hold the flask while filling with boiling water. Also, do not place the stopper of the cap over the flask. After about five minutes, feel the outside of the flask (below the neck). If you feel any hot spots, the insulation has been compromised and you may be eligible for a replacement if the broken insulation is not the result of improper use or care.

Jars that are damaged during the shipping process:

Please contact us if you ordered your flask from www.energifyinc.com and it has arrived damaged. If you bought the jar from our official Energify Amazon store, please make a return or refund in your Amazon account.

You lost parts of your jar or they are worn out as a result of normal wear and tear or improper use or care:

You can buy most of the replacement parts from www.energifyinc.com or official Energify Amazon store. 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL ENERGIFY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or province to province. Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights.

The warranty is only available in the United States. No Energify reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
